Take 2 capsules at a time, depending on your energy needs, with a maximum of 6 capsules per day. Common usage moments are in the morning, after lunch, or half an hour before a workout. Always follow the recommended dosage and do not exceed it.

What are the delivery costs?

Our stand-up pouches are always shipped as mailbox packages via PostNL. Shipping is free within the Netherlands and Belgium for orders over €35. For orders under €35, a standard shipping fee of €3.95 will be applied at checkout.

How long does the delivery take?

We do our best to ship your order by the next day at the latest. In most cases, you will receive your order within two business days.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped via PostNL, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code. With this code, you can track your package using our tracking tool or through the delivery service.

Do you deliver internationally?

We deliver to almost all EU countries. Keep an eye on our website for updates!

What happens if my package is damaged or not delivered?

Can I change the delivery address after placing my order?

Subscriptions

How does the subscription model work?

With a subscription, you automatically receive a new supply of Kolacaps every month, depending on your choice: 60 or 120 capsules. The payment is processed automatically, and the delivery is sent to the same address. This way, you don’t have to worry about anything and will never run out.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time via the Subscription Portal. Changes can be made starting from the second delivery.

Do I get a discount with a subscription?

Yes, you automatically receive a 15% discount on your orders. Loyal subscribers also enjoy additional benefits, such as exclusive offers and early access to new products.

How can I adjust my subscription settings?

You can adjust the quantity, delivery frequency, or shipping address through your account in the Subscription Portal or by contacting us at info@kolacaps.nl.

Will my subscription be renewed automatically?

Yes, the subscription is automatically renewed until you choose to pause or cancel it.

Can I combine my subscription with a one-time purchase?

Yes, you can place a one-time order at any time alongside your active subscription. Both orders will be processed separately.
